At Grant Gloves, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read the return and refund policy below to understand how returns are handled.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The Item has to be returned first and upon receipt the refund process begins
- The item must be unused,
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase may be required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Returned items would only be refunded for 75% refund of the total amount. 25% percent restocking fee applies
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a Exchange:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase may be required
- Item should be first sended and upon receiving the Previous item, new item would be dispatched.
- Exchanges are issued only after returned items are received and inspected. No exceptions.”

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is received you have 6 hours to cancel the order. After 6 hours order is automatically accepted and processed for manufacturing.
If the order is confirmed by you before 6 hours then the manufacturing starts at the same time. Cancelling it afterwards would only result in 75% refund. 25% restocking fees applies
If you cancel the order after 6 hours. 75% of the amount would be Refunded. 25% Restocking Fees applies
Order cannot be cancelled once order is dispatched. If could be returned and please see return policy above.
